Macao CTS Hotel Management (International) Ltd was registered and incorporated in Macao in November 1987 as a subsidiary attached to Nam Kwong (Holding) Co., Ltd. After development for more than 20 years, the scale is increasingly expanded. Among Hotel Beverly Plaza, Emperor Hotel, Riviera Hotel , Metropole Hotel, Guilin Universal Hotel, Montreal Mulberry Holiday Inn Canada under the exclusive operation by the Group, such six hotels include 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels, with a large scale and complete levels as well as characteristics; Macao CTS Hotel Management (International) Ltd was also entrusted by owners earlier or later managing quite a few star level hotels at home. Currently, it is preparing for and managing Palace Plaza, a 4-star hotel being of the highest grade in Chang Ge City, Helan Province, China.

In 2006, Macao CTS Hotel Management (International) Ltd was awarded by China Restaurant Association to the honorary title as “One of the Best 10 Hotels in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao”; in 2008, four hotels under it in Macao were awarded to the honorary title as “Environment Friendly Hotels” by the Environment Management Committee of the Special Administrative Zone of Macao.

Upon commission of hotel owners, Macao CTS Hotel Management (International) Ltd can provide the following output services:

Management function:

overall operation and management of the hotel (including preparation of building).

Training function:

training for hotel managerial personnel and practical operation supervision, training for all hotel employees and practical operation, training for operation department employees and on-duty practical operation and training for functional department skills.

Reconstruction function:

As required by entrusting hotels, appoint professionals to participate in reconstruction or adjustment to business strategies, introduce advanced management ideas and provide operating specifications.

Consulting and inquiry function:

hotel management consulting services, hotel outside structure and indoor design consulting, hotel business structure, organizational structure and human resource development consulting and other hotel business inquiry.
