The 39-storey diamond shaped tower comprises 672 guest rooms and offices of about 1000 square meters, including Executive Floors and Non-smoking Floors. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, self-control air conditioning, mini bar, IDD & DDD telephone, radio, personal safe deposit box, in-house movies, Japanese, American, German, French, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Indonesia and Thai cable TV, and 24-hour music channel, etc.

With extra personalized services and special amenities, the butlers provide 24 hours impeccable service which includes dinner reservation, flight confirmation, sightseeing arrangement and 2 hours express laundry. Complimentary buffet breakfast and afternoon tea.
